Shipping times vary depending on your location, but average package arrival after purchase is 7 to 14 business days for most continental United States destinations. Please note that shipping times may be affected by many factors such as Holidays, Weather conditions and many other factors. Although delayed shipments are rare, they do happen from time to time. Please keep in mind we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as most shipping companies wont deliver to them. We are one of the fastest shippers on the internet and strive to maintain such status. BACKORDERS
Backorders happen from time to time as we sell high volumes of the products listed on this website. The average backorder period is 2-3 weeks but in some cases can be longer. If an item you orderd is on backorder, you will be contacted via email and advised of the estimated backorder waiting period. The items you ordered that were not on backorder will be shipped and billed BUT any backordered items will be shipped and billed upon shipment unless cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We generally only accept payments from, and shipping addresses located within the continental United States, however we can process orders to any country, so long as the buyer agrees that the prices shown at checkout will include estimated international shipping fees. If you are buying from or shipping to a country outside the continental United States we will contact you after your order is complete with an international shipping quote that will be added to your total. Our system is not set up to calculate international shipping and underquotes international shipping rates. Your credit card will not be charged until the shipping rates have been properly adjusted and you have been contacted for approval. Taxes or Duties vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All international orders are subject to approval prior to us shipping your order.

RETURNS
All Returned items must include a Return Authorization Form for exchange or refund to be completed. A Return Authorization Form will be included in your shipment. Returned items must be made within 30 DAYS of receipt of shipment. Only items in good condition, in Ledge Pillow LLC's sole discretion, with tags attached may be returned or exchanged. Items that are returned without a Return Authorization Form, or not in good condition or without tags attached will be returned and customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
